Clear design language for BAU
GEZE's aim was to present an exhibition booth at BAU that combined innovation, design and brand identity. The goal was to embody the theme “Achieving big things together”, effectively showcase new product highlights, and demonstrate the brand's technological expertise. The team at METZLER : VATER group GmbH created an eye-catching design that clearly conveyed these requirements.
The booth's design picked up on the curved shapes of the GEZE logo architecturally, translating them into banners, counters, and room design. The centrepiece was an experience room, 7.35 metres high, for presenting the new TS 7000 door closer generation. Semi-transparent fabrics aroused curiosity, while interactive touchscreens demonstrated how the exhibits were networked with myGEZE Visu software. Four kinetic balloons above the hospitality area created a striking visual focal point. Technically sophisticated 3.6-metre-high wall panels provided stability for powerful drives such as the pivot door drive.
